How To Join

Membership of the Community Knowledge Hub is freely available to:

  • Existing community managed or owned libraries
  • Community organisations and inviduals exploring or working towards the management or ownership of libraries
  • Local authorities working with community organisations to support effective service and / or asset transfer
  • Parish and Town Councils exploring or working towards the management or ownership of libraries
  • Locality partners supporting the development of community managed libraries

Locality is able to offer discounted packages of specialist support to local authorities working in partnership with local community organisations. Please contact us to discuss the range of support available.

*Locality membership is available from £75.
